Flammable Furniture

Newly purchased furniture in plaintiff's home caught fire.

The plaintiff's lawsuit alleged the that the defendants' furniture contained highly toxic and flammable polyurethane foam, and that the defendants had removed the warning tags and labels indicating such danger. Our plaintiff sustained burn injuries and smoke inhalation.
