Will Walker

As managing partner of Walker Law, LLC, Will has dedicated his law practice to helping injured clients and their families in personal injury cases involving defective products, automobile and motorcycle collisions, trucking accidents, industrial accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), as well as various other forms of personal injury litigation. Will has extensive experience handling cases involving catastrophic and fatal burn injuries and has successfully secured multiple 7- and 8-figure settlements on behalf of clients over the course of his career in private practice. Will brings empathy and compassion to every interaction with clients and colleagues alike and knows what it takes to be successful in complex, high-stakes personal injury cases.

Born and raised here in Lexington, SC, Will is the son of Billy Walker, founding member of Walker Law, LLC. Will earned a bachelor’s degree in Literature from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2005, graduating with distinction in the Department of Literature. After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law and receiving his license to practice law in South Carolina in 2009, Will served as law clerk to the Honorable L. Casey Manning in the South Carolina Circuit Court from 2010-11.

Outside of his law practice, Will enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and is also an avid investor and trader in the cryptocurrency space. He resides in Columbia with his wife, Amelia Waring, and their three children, Daisy, Billy and Louisa.

Billy Walker

Retired Partner - Of Counsel

Over the course of his illustrious 50 year career, Billy Walker zealously represented clients in all phases of complex personal injury litigation, becoming one of South Carolina's top-rated personal injury attorneys.

Focusing predominantly on burn trauma resulting from explosions of natural gas, propane, and gasoline as well as scald burn injuries and electrical burn injuries, Walker took great passion in rectifying the devastation these events have on the victim's everyday life.
A true trial lawyer, over the course of his long career, Walker worked tirelessly to provide his clients with the attention and care their cases deserve while protecting their rights and getting just compensation for their suffering. In doing so, Walker successfully obtained several 7-figure and 8-figure settlements and verdicts on behalf of his clients.

Dedicated to serving his community both professionally and personally, Walker has acted as the President of the Lexington Economic Development Association for over ten years. In 2001, he was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Newberry College, his alma mater.

In 2009, he earned the distinct honor of receiving the Southern Trial Lawyers Association's "Tommy Malone Great American Eagle Award" recognizing Walker as "an individual who has a calling to help others and is a powerful example of the bold pursuit of excellence and justice."

Paul John Coyle

Paul is an Associate Attorney with Walker Law, LLC. Since joining the firm, Paul has devoted his law career toward helping injured clients and their families in civil litigation, with a particular focus in personal injury cases involving product defects, automobile and motorcycle collisions, trucking accidents, premises liability (slip and fall), wrongful death, and other forms of catastrophic personal injury litigation. His experience also includes litigation involving property damage, breach of contract, mechanic’s liens, and nuisances.

Raised in Summerville, South Carolina, Paul has always had a drive to better his state. Paul moved to Columbia in 2013 to further his education, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina in 2017, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Global Supply Chain and Operations Management. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2020. After graduating and receiving his license to practice law in the state of South Carolina, Paul became a full-time associate attorney with Walker Law, LLC.

Outside of the practice, Paul enjoys attending University of South Carolina sporting events, spending time with his friends and family, and exploring all of the great sites and experiences that the Midlands has to offer.
